IELTS Training

IELTS stands for International English Language Testing System. It is a test to evaluate the test taker’s English language ability and is accepted by universities from all over the world. This test is jointly managed by The British Council, IDP and Cambridge Assessment English. IELTS test is divided into 4 parts that test the test taker’s skills in - listening, writing, reading and speaking.

Before applying for IELTS one should know that there are two types of IELTS tests: IELTS Academic and IELTS General Training. IELTS Academic is mostly for people applying for education or work purposes in an English speaking environment. IELTS General Training is mostly for survival in institutes and work places where the language of communication is English.

  • IELTS is scored on a band score ranging between 0-9 in each section of the test
